Why do we do this?

We are just ordinary people who have realized: that after the shock of coming to terms with the world we live in today, and making the decision to become prepared, whether from the perspective of a parent or concerned citizen; is much more that just buying a book or reading an internet article about some list of things to go out and buy, and then stick that ‘stuff’ in a closet somewhere and call it ‘done’.

Our lives are guided by the same things that we hope our customers are coming to terms with.

This is the Davis family. They are getting ready to hike a mile in the dark; back to camp as a family fun time and also to teach the children how to navigate in the dark.

We have learned from personal experience that ‘teaching’ is best when it is fun and involves actually doing it.

Do we have a family plan? Yes we do It is now over 10 years old and needs to be updated, as some of our children do not live close anymore. Everyone knows whether to stay at home, or meet at our special place(s), with multiple alternate routes based upon the situation that we are confronted with.

Our goal is to pass our knowledge, our experiences, our activities; and, peace of mind to everyone who visits our web site..
